2025: Rebranding to Touchstone Facility Group
To reflect the company’s broader service offerings and evolution, Advanced Building Maintenance rebrands as Touchstone Facility Group.
Meet the Team
Luis Romo
Luis’s journey began in Mexico City, where he studied Business Administration before immigrating to the United States in 1979. After establishing a successful business, he entered the commercial cleaning industry and founded Advanced Building Maintenance in 1993.
With more than three decades of industry experience, Luis brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and customer service. As the founder of Advanced Building Maintenance, his experience and values helped establish the foundation that Touchstone Facility Group continues to build upon today.
Daniel Romo
A Bay Area native and San José State University graduate, brings over 14 years of experience in facility services. With a background in telecommunications and property management, he’s developed a deep understanding of what businesses and property owners need from a service partner.
As a longtime partner at Advanced Building Maintenance and a founding member of Touchstone Facility Group, Daniel is committed to delivering reliable, responsive, and high-quality janitorial and facility solutions across the Bay Area.
