Due to the continued growth and success of the business, Advanced Building Maintenance expands its service offerings and officially becomes incorporated.
2022: Launch of Touchstone (Construction Clean-Up Division)
ABM diversifies its service offerings and introduces Touchstone, a dedicated construction clean-up division.
2025: Rebranding to Touchstone Facility Group
To reflect the company's broader service offerings and evolution, Advanced Building Maintenance rebrands as Touchstone Facility Group.

Daniel Romo, a Bay Area native and San José State University graduate, brings over 14 years of experience in facility services. With a background in telecommunications and property management, he’s developed a deep understanding of what businesses and property owners need from a service partner.
As a longtime partner at Advanced Building Maintenance and a founding member of Touchstone Facility Group, Daniel is committed to delivering reliable, responsive, and high-quality janitorial and facility solutions across the Bay Area.
